From the moment I walked through the door, the front office staff welcomed me with genuine warmth, instantly easing the anxiety I had been carrying all morning.Dr. Latham is a true artist and a master of his craft. He took the time to explain every step of the process with immense patience and a reassuring demeanor. His precision and gentle touch made the entire procedure completely painless—I felt so comfortable and relaxed that the time flew by. The dental assistant was equally amazing, anticipating every need and making sure I was perfectly cozy throughout the appointment.The office is beautifully organized, pristine, and equipped with top-notch technology. For the first time in my life, I can say I left a dental procedure feeling entirely relieved, cared for, and pain-free. If you are looking for an expert dentist who pairs elite clinical skill with deep compassion, look no further than Dr. Latham. I cannot recommend him and his fantastic staff highly enough! The exemplary level of care and professionalism exhibited by this practice is truly noteworthy. I recently encountered an urgent requirement for a root canal, and given the unavailability of my primary endodontist, I reached out to Dr. Schapiro's office. They expeditiously facilitated an appointment, and Dr. Lautman successfully performed the procedure on the same day. Dr. Lautman's proficiency and empathetic demeanor were outstanding. He not only executed the procedure flawlessly but also meticulously preserved my existing crown. Moreover, he extended the professional courtesy of a follow-up call later that day to ascertain my post-operative condition. I unequivocally recommend Dr. Lautman. From the moment I walked in, I was made to feel welcome. The entire staff was extremely polite and accommodating. I do not like going to the dentist to start with so when you add in a root canal, this can be very problematic for me. This staff went above and beyond and were awesome in making me comfortable and welcome. I would highly recommend this office to anyone who needs this kind of dental work. Dr. Shapiro is amazing, knowledgeable, and makes you feel right at home. Everyone made the entire process very easy. I felt very good about it.

Dr lautman was amazing. Was quick and painless but very thorough and efficient. He checked on me every 5-10 min or so to make sure I was comfortable. The assistant gave me a blanket for my legs bc the office runs cold which was such a nice touch. The front desk and everyone else was nice and they got me in to see the doctor without much wait. And then I got a call at the end of the day, Dr lautman once again checking In on me to make sure I was doing ok. For a not so pleasant type of experience , they really made it easy, fast and not so bad.

Dr. Schapiro’s office is spacious and clean and beautifully decorated. Check-in at front desk was very easy and no waiting. Everyone there is friendly. Dr. Schapiro is a highly experienced endodontist and he explains everything in details. His office provides blanket and neck pillows to make patients comfortable. The anesthesia was so good I didn’t even experience any pain during the entire procedure for root canal. I will definitely return if I ever need another one. Thank you everyone at Dr. Schapiro’s office!
